Restore (75-135 minutes, $130-230)*†
The Restore massage service provides a thorough therapeutic approach, incorporating diverse modalities customized to individual needs. Ranging from gentle lymphatic drainage to stimulating deep tissue methods, it caters to a broad range of issues. Aromatherapy introduces soothing fragrances during the session, while cupping therapy fosters improved circulation and releases tension. Instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM) concentrates on specific areas of discomfort, enhancing flexibility and easing stiffness. Furthermore, topical pain relief applications offer precise comfort, guaranteeing a comprehensive and individualized experience geared towards optimizing both physical and mental well-being.
Prenatal (75-105 minutes, $130-175)*†
Prenatal massage is a specialized form of massage therapy tailored to the needs of pregnant women. It focuses on relieving discomfort commonly experienced during pregnancy, such as back pain, swelling, and stress. Utilizing gentle techniques and safe positioning, prenatal massage aims to promote relaxation, improve circulation, alleviate muscle tension, and enhance overall well-being for both the mother and baby. If you have no smell sensitivities from pregnancy, aromatherapy is provided.
Lymphatic Drainage (60 minutes, $100)*†
Lymphatic drainage massage is a gentle yet effective technique designed to stimulate the lymphatic system, promoting detoxification and reducing swelling. This specialized massage aims to improve lymph flow, aiding in the removal of toxins and excess fluids from the body. With the addition of aromatherapy, soothing scents enhance the relaxation and rejuvenation experienced during the session. This therapeutic combination not only supports the body's natural detoxification processes but also provides a deeply calming and revitalizing experience for overall well-being.
**You may be required to create a MassageBook account in order to request any appointments. To ease traveling, you'll be notified if your requested date and time is approved or needs to be rescheduled for a later time and/or date.**
*All prices include mileage and gratuity. Session time includes up to 15 minutes of pre and post consultation.
† I require a credit card for booking. I maintain a strict 24-hour cancellation policy for all appointments, with charges applied to the card on file. Recognizing the unpredictability of life, I extend one grace exception, except in cases where I’m already on-site, in which case a 50% of the full service cost (no discounts applied) will be incurred. Subsequent offenses will result in a 50% charge of the full service cost (no discounts applied).
Upon arrival at your residence, a 15-minute grace period is allotted, with any lost time deducted from the session duration. If no response is received within this time frame, the appointment will be deemed a no-show and subject to the aforementioned charges.
In the event of a necessary rescheduling due to personal, non-illness circumstances from the therapist under 24 hours, a 10% discount will be offered as a gesture of goodwill.
